Billing, Adrian Wallet, and plan changes

USD card billing, Naira wallet, trials, renewals, and invoices.

Settings → Billing (sidebar, owners and admins).

Currencies

  • USD — Card via Stripe; manage card and invoices in the billing portal.

  • NGN — Adrian Wallet funded by card, bank transfer, or direct debit (Monnify). Subscriptions debit the wallet at renewal.

Upgrade and downgrade

Choose plan and monthly vs annual billing (annual saves about 20%). Downgrades take effect at period end; data is retained but Growth features disable and older history may hide on Starter.

Wallet renewals

Keep enough balance before renewal or enable direct debit. A short grace period applies if renewal fails; fund the wallet to restore service.

Support references

For billing disputes include workspace name and payment reference (ADRIAN_… for wallet charges).
