Chat widget not appearing on my site
Domain allowlist, caching, CSP, and how to verify the install snippet.
Work through this list in order.
1. Confirm the script is on the page
View page source (not only the rendered DOM in devtools) and search for loader.js. The data-workspace-id must match Install in Adrian.
2. Check allowed domains
In Chat widget → Websites, ensure your live hostname is listed exactly (including www if used).
3. Clear caches
Purge CDN or site cache, then hard-refresh the browser (or test in a private window).
4. Ad blockers and CSP
Temporarily disable ad blockers. Update CSP to permit Adrian chat and API hosts.
5. Visibility rules
Confirm Show to (all visitors, first-time, returning) and any Triggers are not hiding chat on that URL.
6. Still stuck?
