  • Team — Leaderboard by teammate.

  • AI — Bot conversations, deflection, handoffs by reason.

  • CSAT — Ratings, comments, trends (Growth+).

  • Schedules — Email recurring summaries to stakeholders.

Scheduled reports

Create a schedule with name, channel filter, frequency (daily, weekly, monthly), time zone, time, and recipients. Useful for Monday morning leadership inboxes.

Dashboard

Dashboard shows a lighter daily snapshot and the getting-started checklist for new workspaces.
